What are Lanes and Waves?
A wave is a batch of videos we edit and deliver together. One wave fits one complex video, or several simple ones, and the portal shows you exactly how much room each video takes as you build it.
A Lane is your dedicated production slot. Each Lane works one wave at a time, delivering a polished V1 within 48 hours. When a wave leaves production, the next one in your queue rolls in. Revisions always jump the line and are guaranteed within 24 hours, with most landing the same business day.
It’s a continuous flow system designed to maximize your monthly output without bottlenecks.
How does the Pilot Week work and what's included?
The Pilot Week is your low-risk entry test. You get one complete wave with full service: building it in our portal, assignment to a Senior Editor, QS review, and final delivery. It includes one revision round within the week. You experience our process before committing to a monthly plan. Additionally, if you subsequently enroll in a recurring subscription plan (Growth or Scale), your initial Pilot Week fee will be fully credited toward your first month’s payment, making the trial effectively free for long-term partners.
How do you ensure quality if I have multiple editors over time?
This is where our system shines. We work exclusively with Senior Level Talent backed by a two-tier oversight structure. Before editing begins, your Project Manager organizes all assets, verifies brief requirements, and manages project queues so the editor remains 100% focused on execution. Once complete, a Quality Specialist audits brief adherence, branding, and technical specs before the video reaches your portal. You get the exact same standard whether it's Editor #1 or Editor #4 because the process, not the individual, guarantees the result.
How is this different from "unlimited editing" services I've seen?
The difference is in the system, not the promise. "Unlimited" mills often sacrifice quality for volume, rotating your work through junior editors with minimal oversight. We're built differently: Dedicated Senior Editors (not a pool of random talent), mandatory QA on every deliverable, a proprietary client portal for transparency, and a codified aesthetic standard. We're selling a reliable, premium post-production department that happens to cost less than one in-house editor.
Are there any file size or format limitations for my footage?
To guarantee our strict 48-hour SLA, we require standard compressed formats (ProRes, H.264, HEVC, etc.) and a maximum upload size of 60 GB per wave. We do not accept uncompressed RAW formats (like RED RAW or ARRI RAW) as they create unnecessary transfer bottlenecks and slow down your lane’s momentum.
What types of videos do you NOT edit?
We specialize in high-retention formats for B2B and Commercial markets: Local Commerce, Personal Branding, Corporate communications, and more. We do not handle long-form documentaries (20+ minutes), feature films, wedding videos, or heavy custom 3D/VFX work.

What software and deliverables do you provide?
We work with the Adobe Suite. Deliverables include your master file in the resolution you specify (typically 4K or 1080p), plus any alternate versions (square, vertical, etc.) requested in your wave. We include licensed stock music and AI-powered tools and assets at no extra cost.
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
There’s no cap on revision rounds: your notes always jump ahead of new work, which means the wave waiting behind them pauses until your revision ships.
